blocks, what of them?
The average person is going to look at this and go, "So what, they're blocks, they're everywhere." Although this is true, there are both hidden & secret blocks in the game. For instance, Light Blocks & Trusses can't be obtained using the Edit Mesh tool. Spheres, & Cylinders can only be gotten with the Edit Mesh tool. Then there's blocks like No Mesh & Delta Blocks which aren't even supposed to exist in the game.
Meanwhile, some of these blocks will even have their own unique properties other than their shapes, such as Delta Blocks which increment in 0.4 heights instead of the regular 1.0.

blocks & bricks
Blocks & Bricks don't really got a lot going to separate them. Once upon a time that was different, but a Roblox Update changed that by allowing both Bricks & Blocks to be textured. Essentially, they're the most basic block in the game, and can be textured using a Texture Tool. Both can also be edit-meshed into spam, which can be avoided by using No Mesh which cannot be edit-meshed (Almost makes you wonder why its called No Mesh doesn't it).

wedges & corner pieces
Wedges & Corner Pieces have a bit more different then Blocks & Bricks. The most obvious being one is in the shape of a corner, the other in a triangle. Corner Pieces are one of few unable to be gotten with the Edit-Mesh tool, and have really nothing special to them other then that. Wedges are far more commonly used and useful then their counter parts. A man once told me, "You'll never be a great builder until you learn to build with wedges!"
In reality he was rather correct. Wedges also have a neat bug attached to them when you edit mesh them. If you turn a wedge into a cube, it may look like a cube, but it will still be a wedge in reality and have its ramp. I'm sure plenty people more creative then me could find a variety of uses for that. |
trusses
Trusses have gradually lost their value as time has gone on. Although they are useful for using in designing due to their unique shape, there are far more useful ways to climb up a block now then using the conventional trusses. Players could always make a ladder out of blocks simply with empty space between, which looks nicer, or use seats to travel now whether through teleportation lines or seat teleporting.
One advantage trusses do have over more advanced ways of transport however is a trait that wedges share as well. When edit meshing a truss to another block, you can still climb up it. This could come useful if you need to put a secret ladder in plain sight. |
cylinders & heads
Cylinders & Heads are pretty worthless blocks aside from their shapes. Unlike heads, cylinders can only be obtained from the edit mesh tool however. Heads however are one of the few blocks left in the game that cannot be textured. Aside from uses to spam, and spam that can be cleaned up in seconds at that, heads serve no other real use just as cylinders short of building & design.

torsos & spheres
Torsos similar to Cylinders & Heads serves no real purpose besides being a Torso. It is often used to represent bars of a rare resource or the frame of a body, little else.
Spheres are of a different matter and are far more commonly used. Both torsos and spheres may only be obtained using Edit Mesh, but spheres are often used in a variety of things. One of the main being to create an artificial atmosphere or force field for an object(s). |
light blocks & No mesh
Light Blocks can only be obtained through a spawn point of a planet. They can be edit meshed into any shape capable of being meshed through the tool, and will still emit light. The light can change color mattering on the color of the block, but even if the block is 100% transparent it will still emit light of the block's specific color.
No Mesh is not a commonly used block type partially due to the fact that it is not a "normal block." No Mesh can only be obtained through the Edit Mesh Tool, and reacts exactly similar to a block or brick aside from the fact that it cannot be edit meshed. |
delta blocks
Delta Blocks are named after the player ODelta who brought the block to the STC Public's attention. The blocks have a height of 0.4m meaning that they can be used for greater detail, or greater defense in less space. They are one of the few blocks in the game never meant to exist.
In order to get a delta block a player must copy someone's Texture Tool and place it on a solid object. Due to the weird nature of Delta Blocks the player will have to use a collide tool to make the block collide-able, else it remains in a non-collide state. Similarly the mesh needs to be changed from File to whatever you want. Delta Blocks cannot be stacked on top of each other unless they are anchored further increasing its difficulty to use. The most resourceful use of Delta Blocks however is, due to the fact that it was not meant to exist, it does not get destroyed by the clean-up command.

seats and wheels
Seats and wheels are likely the 4 most advanced blocks in Space the Conquest. Each one is responsible for a different thing relating to transportation, leading to their "group name" to be Transport Blocks. There are a total of three different seats in the game. One is for flying, one is for sitting, and another is for driving. Over time the sitting seat has found uses far beyond its original purpose and is at the heart of Teleportation, with and without using glitches.
blue & red seats
Blue Seats are responsible for allowing aircraft to fly, thus making their common name as "Aircraft Seats." Like all seats, it can only be found at a planet's spawn and are the only block in the game built to control a flying object. In order to get your ship to fly, it must be built off the ground. This generally means putting a block below and deleting it to un-anchor the ship to the planet.
Red Seats unlike their counterparts contains no ability and is simply used for sitting. Due to this property they are most commonly used in the field of Teleportation. |
car seats & wheels
Car Seats can be used to drive objects only attached to the ground. Unlike the other two seats they can only by used in 3rd person view and have little purpose outside of driving. Due to a bug causing the player camera to follow the wheel, car seats cannot be used in any teleportation technique.
Wheels are often used to allow a vehicle to move across a planet surface. Wheels can be artificially created using a cylinder and attaching a hinge to it. Similarly wheels are occasionally used in the usage of hinge technology. |
